About Us
The current brokerage industry has not served clients nor agents well. The existing brokerage model is excessively expensive for both clients and agents. At Paseo Property Group, we charge only 1.5% per side and offer our agents between 90% and 100+% of the commission. We don’t treat the transaction nor the commission as the centerpiece of our value proposition. Instead, we focus on helping people understand and prepare for long periods of home ownership, anticipating changes in personal circumstances, jobs, families, and relationships.
